A fast and foggy run at COROFIN 8km this morning by the Craughwell gang ❄️ ☀️

Well done to everyone who took part. Some great performances and a few PBs in the 8km for Aoife, Maura, David C and Peter. Hope I haven’t left anyone out!

A fantastic run from William C in the 10mile, finishing in under 75 minutes – brilliant running! And great running from Noel G in the 8km, especially just a week after completing Dublin marathon!

Our two newest recruits to Wednesday nights, twins Rachel & Lisa, also completed their first race in great times. Well done ladies! 👏👏

😞 Bad news for Tom Tuohy, and many others, who were due to tackle an IRONMAN in Barcelona today…

Unfortunately due to weather warnings the IRONMAN has been cancelled ❌

Catalan Civil Protection has suspended all outdoor activities and sporting events because of an unprecedented severe weather system threatening the region with torrential rain, flash flooding, strong winds, and potential tornadoes.

Tom is pictured above taking part in the IRONMAN Parade in Barcelona, the day before it was cancelled.
