We are delighted to have hosting a ((BOUNCE)) Bambinos pop-up session from 2:00–3:00 p.m. as part of our Children’s Summer Festival this Saturday. 🎵🪩

On the day there will be:
• Fun bouncing sessions on the mini trampolines
• Simple movement and dance games
• Hula hoops, balls and cone challenges
• Mini obstacle and coordination activities
• Family-friendly fitness games suitable for younger children

A huge thank you to Clonmany Community Centre for their incredibly generous donation of toys. 🧸💚

Their kindness will bring so much joy to children in our community. We are truly grateful for your support and for helping make a difference in the lives of others.

It is with great sadness that we learned of the passing of Bridie McDermott.

Bridie was a valued committee member of Buncrana Children's Charity for a short time before she had to step away, but in that time she became a much-loved part of our charity family and made a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.

Many will remember Bridie's unforgettable performance in our Lip Sync Battle fundraiser, where she took to the stage as the one and only Elton John. Dressed for the part and performing with confidence and humour, she embraced the spirit of the event wholeheartedly and gave us all a performance to remember, bringing smiles and laughter to everyone in attendance.

While we are saddened by her passing, we are grateful for the memories she left us and the support she gave to our charity.

Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with Bridie's family, friends and all who loved her during this difficult time.

Thank you, Bridie, for your support, your enthusiasm and for being part of our journey. You will always be fondly remembered by all at Buncrana Children's Charity. 💚
