The Traveller Counselling Service offers a free, culturally inclusive counselling and psychotherapy service specifically for members of the Traveller and Roma communities, providing a safe, confidential space to talk through emotional difficulties and mental health concerns with trained counsellors who respect Traveller culture and identity.

For kinship care, these supports can help Traveller carers and the young people in their care access tailored emotional support and culturally sensitive therapy, aiding wellbeing, resilience and coping with stress or trauma in a way that respects their cultural background.
