Hi, there was a guy abusing traffic around arcadia. Long story short last I seen him he was heading down the slip road into oncoming traffic. I've rang the garda but squad car hadn't arrived before I gave up following him and went home.

Maybe a message just be cautious driving on the dual carriageway, person spotted walking on it. Was about 10-15 minutes ago
