Our mission is to create a supportive and inclusive community where individuals with disabilities can thrive and lead fulfilling lives.

Yateley Industries offers accommodation, employment and social activities to disabled people whilst serving our local community through our Community Hub (including our pantry, cafe and spaces for hire). Yateley Industries for the Disabled is a ‘live, work, play’ organisation that provides housing, employment, and social enrichment activities for people with disabilities. We offer a range of employment opportunities, both within our organisation and support out in the wider community, to promote independence and a positive contribution to society. In addition, we provide social activities, such as art classes and wellness activity, to foster personal growth and a sense of belonging. Yateley Industries is dedicated to celebrating diversity, promoting inclusion, and helping disabled individuals achieve their full potential.

We love hearing what our clients think of our factory team, and this one made our day!

“The quality of their work is always flawless. Thanks to their outstanding communication and absolute reliability, a huge weight has been lifted from our operations.” FireStop

FireStop have worked with us for many years, and we’re so proud of the team for the care they put into every order.

Know a business that could do with a reliable packing partner? We’d love an introduction: [email protected]

Behind every order that leaves our factory, there's a person who made it happen.

Over the coming weeks, we'll be introducing you to some of our factory team, sharing their jobs in their own words and the work they're proudest of.

Thank you to everyone who has liked, shared and passed on our details this month. Keep them coming!
