World Book Day 2026! 📚

Our Lady’s Nursery had a wonderful time celebrating World Book Day on Thursday. We saw some wonderful costumes and the children were able to show them all off during our morning parade. We, of course, listened to lots of different stories and books! Pre-School were busy making their very own book covers too.

The Snail and The Whale, The Colour Monster and Pip and Posy are some nursery favourites! 🤍

Pinehurst Care Centre Visit! 💛

Woodpeckers and Pre-School children had a lovely visit to Pinehurst Care Centre a few weeks back for Easter. They sung Easter songs, danced and delievered the kindly donated Easter eggs too!

Fire engine visit! 🚒

The Nursery were super lucky to have another visit from Crowthorne Fire Station to have a look and explore their fire engine. The children were excited to try on some uniform, have a sit in the fire engine and even got to spray the water hose! 🧯

Thank you to Crowthorne Fire Station for coming to visit, the children really enjoyed it! ❤️

VE Day - 80 years celebration! 🇬🇧

Yesterday, we celebrated the 80 year anniversary of VE Day. We had lots of art and crafts activities and a nursery garden tea party! The children enjoyed making their own flags, face painting and of course, a dance party in the sunshine!

Well done super tennis stars! 🌟

As party of the Wokingham school games Prep I & II Took part in a tennis tournament at Shinfield tennis club. They played 3 games and won their pool. They then played the runners up of the other pool and won their games. We will go through to the final tournament in June.
