Mums of Tunbridge Wells, Father’s Day weekend is coming.

When you think of stay and play, you probably think of a church hall.
Maybe squash.
Maybe a trestle table.
Maybe a biscuit that has seen things.
Definitely lots of social awkward conversations with strangers.
You probably do not think of the HQ of a leading B Corp law firm.
But on Saturday, 20 June, that is where we are launching our new Tunbridge Wells playdate. ( < The day before Father's Day, hint, hint).
Inside Cripps
(Yes, the law firm on Mount Ephraim, where the old K&S hospital once stood).
Unless we are finally being sued over the quality of our jokes.
For anyone new to us, Dad La Soul.
We have turned coworking spaces, museums, galleries, football stadiums and care homes into places for connection, and our work has been featured by the BBC, ITV, The Guardian and Radio 4.
In simple terms, we create kick-ass spaces where dads spend proper time with their children.
There will be Lego, crafting, VR headsets, Hot-Wheels, decent music, and even better coffee.
Our playdates are relaxed, creative spaces for dads, grandads, stepdads, uncles, male carers and their children, aged 0-9.
It doesn't matter what your marital status or LinkedIn profile says. All are welcome.
And, it looks fun because it is.
But underneath that, something bigger happens.
Dads meet other dads, and kids get proper time with them.
They get to organise stuff that doesn't involve mums having to book it in the family calendar.
Most dads do not need more stuff this Father’s Day.
They need time, connection and somewhere they are not the spare part.
So book him a place.
