🎆 IT’S FIREWORK NIGHT! 🎆

We can’t wait to welcome everyone to tonight’s FREE fireworks display! We hope you have a fantastic evening, but we have a few important requests to help make the event enjoyable and safe for everyone.

đźš— Please park sensibly. Be considerate of local residents, keep access clear and respect the surrounding neighbourhood.

❤️ Please support local! Take the time to visit and support our fantastic local businesses and stallholders who are helping make tonight’s event possible.

🎇 Fireworks will be starting at 7:30pm!

đź’› Support your Worthing Lions and future community events. We would be incredibly grateful for all donations into our collection buckets throughout the evening. Every donation, big or small, is very much appreciated.

Every penny raised will go straight back into our local community, helping those in their hour of need. Your support really does make a difference!

Our Worthing Lions volunteers will be easy to identify in sign-written hi-vis jackets and carrying clearly marked collection buckets.

👏 A HUGE thank you to Worthing BID for funding tonight’s fireworks display and helping make this fantastic community event possible!

📸 Capture the memories! We’d absolutely love to see your photographs from tonight’s display. If you manage to get some fantastic pictures, please send them directly to our page. We’d love to share in your memories of the evening!

📍 Need help? If you have any concerns, have lost an item or become separated from a child, please speak to a Worthing Lions volunteer at the Gazebo by the Lido. We’ll be happy to help.

Most importantly, have a wonderful evening, stay safe and enjoy the fireworks!

Thank you for supporting your Worthing Lions. 💛💙

🎆 See you tonight! 🎆

Please make sure you are aware of the road closures, and bus diversions. Come into town a little earlier for the market and entertainment the BID are providing.

Worthing Lions’ annual fireworks display will be making a welcome return to the town this Bonfire Night (Thursday 5th November)! ✨

You can enjoy an evening in the town centre for rides, live music, a street market and face painting organised by Worthing Town Centre Business Improvement District on Montague Street, before heading to the seafront for the spectacular fireworks display at 7.30pm.

The popular event always attracts big crowds, so it’s important to plan your journey in advance.

Marine Parade from Augusta Place to The Steyne, and Steyne Gardens will be closed from 6pm to 9pm so everyone can assemble to watch the fireworks safely.

There is plenty of car parking available in the town centre, including at our Buckingham Road, Civic Quarter and High Street multi-storey car parks, as well as several surface car parks.

You’ll need to pay on arrival at our multi-storey car parks, but if you use the MiPermit app you can extend your stay online without having to go back to the machine.

Visit https://www.adur-worthing.gov.uk/parking/worthing-car-parks/ to view all of the available parking in Worthing.

If you’re planning to come by bus, check out the bus provider’s timetable in advance as there will be diversions in place from 7.15pm to 8pm:
🔹Stagecoach timetable https://www.stagecoachbus.com/timetables
🔹Compass timetable https://compass-travel.co.uk/bus-timetables/

And head to Worthing Lions Club page for live updates about the event.

A few additional details ahead of the 5th November!

https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1Dcbs6GVzu/?mibextid=wwXIfr

Just a few days now until the Lions firework display and fair at Worthing pier on the 5th Nov. As always this is likely to be incredibly busy and well attended. There will
be road closures in place along Marine Parade from Steyne Gardens west to Augusta Place, in addition to this Steyne Gardens will also be closed for the first time this
year to create a safe viewing area for pedestrians. Therefore you will not be able to turn south into Steyne Gardens from Brighton Road during the road closures which
will be in place between 1800hrs and 2100hrs. If you choose to park your vehicle in those roads before the closure and leave it there during the closure you will not be able
move it until after 2100hrs when the road reopens.

Please plan your journey both to and from the event, many people enjoy a stroll into town, the weather looks good for a walk along the prom as an alternative.

We are extremely proud to announce that Worthing Lions Club will again be the sole sponsor of Saxifrage Christmas Lights 2026🎄🎅🏼

This will be the 5th year the team behind Worthing Lions has continued to support our display, and we really can’t thank them enough for it. Without their support and sponsorship, we wouldn’t be able to put the display together for the community and importantly raise the incredible funds via donations for the Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex which, over the last 6 years, has now reached over a phenomenal £27,000!! Something we’re so proud of and thankful for the Lions being part of.

The Lions have been serving and helping the community of Worthing for more than 70 years, contributing over ÂŁ720,000 to good causes in the last 33 years. Worthing Lions Charitable Trust Ltd is a Registered Charity (No. 1099004) and one small part of the worldwide family of Lions Clubs International.

Please do head over to their page and drop it a follow to show your support and to keep up to date with community events and more🎇
