Sam and Wendy will be at Tolly Hub this evening from 7pm - 8.30pm.

🌿 NEW THIS WEDNESDAY AT RISE & RECOVER 🌿

This Wednesday, we’re really pleased to welcome Wendy from Bridging Dimensions to our meetup. 💛🖤💚

From 7pm, Wendy will be offering FREE NADA ear seeds to anyone who would like to try them.

🌿 What are NADA ear seeds?

NADA ear seeds are used as a complementary wellbeing tool and may help support:

🧠 Calming the mind
🌿 Settling the nervous system
😌 Relaxation
⚡ Feeling more settled when experiencing that “fight or flight” feeling
💚 Emotional wellbeing

The aim is to help the body settle, promote relaxation and give people another tool they can explore alongside their recovery and mental health journey.

💚 Rise & Recover is about finding different tools that can help us move forward.

Wendy will explain how they work, where they’re placed and answer any questions before you decide whether you’d like to try them.

📅 Wednesday 28th October
📍 Tolly Hub, Worcester
🕖 7pm – 8:30pm
💚 Free • Drop in • No judgement

Come along, grab a brew and see what Rise & Recover is all about.

We rise together.
We recover together. 💚
