Everyone is welcome to join the Warndon Community Kitchen this Wednesday, 3rd June for dinner; Doors open at 5:30pm.

This week, the team are cooking and serving Ham, or a Vegetarian options, with Pineapple Cake for pudding.

This Saturday between 12:00pm and 1:30pm you can join the Open Door cafe at the Warndon Hub for lunch and a Raffle.

Jill Desayrah: Warndon Woman and her team of Volunteers will be making and serving:

🌭 Pork or vegan sausage hot dogs, served with optional bacon and roasted tomatoes.

🍦 Followed by a choice of three ice creams:
• Mango & Lime
• Chocolate
• Strawberry

🎟 Last but not least, we’ll be holding our fortnightly raffle with some super prizes! So bring along your pennies to join in the fun and help support the Café at the same time.

See you all there — and in the meantime, stay chilled!

This Friday 10am-11:30am for ages 4 to 10 FREE stay and play with Community Church Warndon

Looking for something to keep your kids occupied this week?! Join us for a fun morning that includes games, story time and lunch! Suitable for young people ages 4-10. No need to book, just turn up at the Warndon Community Hub at 10 a.m. on Friday, the 29th of May.

Everyone is welcome to join the Open Door Café tomorrow at 12:00pm for a lovely home cooked, 2 course lunch.

Join Jill Desayrah: Warndon Woman and her fabulous Volunteers and community for Roast Pork or Feta Stew, followed by Lemon Drizzle Cake. Lunch is between 12:00pm and 1:30pm- first come first served until food runs out!

Worcester Mela are running competition to find the first Worcester Mela Chef!

The competition is calling for local cooking talent aged 18+ to create their own South Asian-inspired street food dish, drawing on bold flavours and culinary traditions from across the region. From spicy chaat and paratha rolls to modern fusion creations, entrants are encouraged to bring their own personality, creativity and cultural inspiration to the table.

The competition will take place across three rounds, with heats on 23 June and 30 June (5–8pm) at HOW College and the final on Saturday 18 July (1–3pm). The winning dish will be selected by a panel of local professional chefs.

This Wednesday at 5:30pm, Join the Warndon Community Kitchen for dinner in back Foyer of the Warndon Hub.

A 2 course meal will only cost £1 for adults and 50p for children (suggested donation) and the team will be cooking and serving Chicken or Vegetarian Cobbler, then, Cinnamon Roll Cake.
