As part of our 50 Voices for 50 Years campaign, we’re shining a light on the people who help make our mental health support possible across Staffordshire and Cheshire.

Meet Ailsa, one of our student counsellors based at our Cheshire Mind Hub in Winsford.

As part of her counselling qualification, Ailsa is currently completing her 100 placement hours with us, helping people through one-to-one counselling sessions.

Ailsa shares about our counselling service in Cheshire, what she enjoys most about supporting others, and her top tip for anyone experiencing a challenging day.

Aspire Housing team are taking support to new heights 🪂

The Winnington-based business held a charity tombola as part of their one-year anniversary Trade Morning event.
