Windsor Theatre Guild Windsor’s leading non-professional theatre group As a registered charity, our sole purpose is to “promote interest in all aspects of the performing arts”.

The Windsor Theatre Guild is one of the leading non-professional theatre companies in the country with a rich history of talented performers. Membership is open to all ages, and ranges from professionally-trained & amateur actors and directors through to backstage supporters such as stage managers, costumiers, set builders, lighting and sound operators. We also have several members trained as professional teachers of drama and dance/choreography.

At Drury Lane, a young Nell Gwynn is causing stirrings amongst the theatregoers.

Jessica Swale’s exhilarating play charts the rise of an unlikely heroine, from her roots in Coal Yard Alley to her success as Britain's most celebrated actress, and her hard-won place in the heart of the King.

Auditions for Windsor Theatre Guild’s production of Nell Gwynn will be held on Tuesday 24th March & Thursday 26th March
from 20:00 to 22:00.
