A few weeks ago had this CH-R for a few days to take some monster shots. It was a bit impromptu but we decided to get some night shots of the car. So here’s the results of my editing and Dom’s camera skills 😄 I’m not sure if I prefer the light tails or not - what do you think?
P.s. Im aware I’ve been quiet recently but I got a good response to my story so I thought I’d put this up! If you are interested, I’ll get the rest of the CHR night shots put up!

Just like that, the Caterham 420R is gone 😔 I’ll certainly miss this thing but I’ll have an epic video to remember it by! I’ll get it uploaded as soon as I can 😁

In other news, had a fantastic day at SMMT seeing a number of old and new faces. Few more short videos filmed which should be good!

Great day at Caffeine and Machine today!There was some absolutely mega machinery on the roads! A fair few of them ended up with us at 🙌🏼 I must admit, convoying with numerous fast (and loud) cars in a Caterham really does give a new perspective to the world 🤣 Particularly when next to cars with overrun (pops and bangs). Usually, they sound cool from inside another car but in a caterham, they sound like deafening gunshots 😂 good times all round!

When this car goes back, I think I may have a bit of a moment. The 420R is every bit as fabulous as it looks. Engineering that is unashamedly honest is very rare in the modern world. Every petrolhead NEEDS to have a play in one of these!

Cracking first day with the 420R. Under the bonnet is a tuned 2.0 Ford Duratec engine producing 210bhp. It’s then shoe-horned in to Caterham’s tiny chassis and weighs just over 500kg in total 😬 BHP-per tonne is supercar baiting and your bum is mere inches off the ground. What a machine! Videos soon.
