Connect to Work is a new UK Government-funded programme designed to help people overcome barriers to employment and achieve long-term success in work.

Whether you have a physical or mental health condition, a learning disability, ADHD, autism, or other challenges that make finding or keeping a job difficult, we're here to help.

✅ Find paid employment and receive training while you work
✅ Build confidence and identify your strengths
✅ Get ongoing one-to-one support to help you stay in work
✅ Access additional support from health and social care services if needed

Connect to Work provides personalised support tailored to your goals, helping you move into real jobs and succeed in the long term.

The programme is open to people who are out of work, at risk of losing their job, or who need extra support to enter and remain in employment.
