On Tuesday, 10th February 2026, Lewis Chapter No. 872 held its annual Installation meeting. The evening marked the installation of Excellent Companion Luke Jackson as First Principal, Excellent Companion Rod Eglin as Second Principal, and Excellent Companion Paul Rose as Third Principal.
The ceremony was well attended, with Companions enjoying both the proceedings and the warm atmosphere of the Chapter. It was a most successful occasion, and all present agreed that it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening.

Lewis Chapter No. 872 was pleased to welcome Companion George Cudworth as its newest member.
The Exaltation Ceremony, shared with several Companion, made a lasting impression on George and contributed to a highly successful and memorable meeting.

The evening was made even more special with the attendance of Provincial Deputy Grand Superintendent Kenneth Clark Archer, whose presence added further significance to the occasion.

The night concluded in excellent style with a Christmas Festive Board, rounding off a most enjoyable gathering for all present.

Lewis Chapter No. 872 was delighted to welcome Companion Andrew Mead as its newest member. The Exaltation ceremony, shared among several Companions, left a profound impression on Andrew and contributed to a most successful and enjoyable meeting.

At the convivial Festive Board, Comp. Peter Sempill, 1st Assistant Sojourner, was presented with a donation of £100 for his son’s cricket club by E. Comp. Carl Basso. This generous gesture was made in recognition of Peter’s outstanding work in constructing a splendid arch for the Chapter.
