Why is it always the rabbits?
Something I see constantly is people messaging because they “have no choice” but to rehome their rabbits.
They’re moving. They don’t have enough time. Their circumstances have changed. Money is tight. They have too many animals.
But when I ask, “What about your dog?” “What about your cat?” “Are you rehoming your other pets too?” suddenly people are offended.
So why is it acceptable when it’s the rabbit?
If the thought of giving up your dog is unthinkable, your rabbit should be no different.
Rabbits are not disposable.
