We have junior players that have progressed through all age groups and have made it to The Super League and The NRL in Australia. Wetherby Bulldog’s have fully trained coaches at all age groups. Wetherby Runners One of the clubs that joined the Sports association after it was built. Starting as a small group of dedicated runners training for long distance events it has seen its numbers grow by an unbelievable number. Last year 160 runners applied for membership at Wetherby Sports Association and the club is still growing. You dont have to be a great runner as there are varying degrees of difficulty. Petanque Forgive me if i get this horribly wrong as I don’t play the sport myself. This is French Boules, played on weekends next to the Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) on a specially laid out surface. I wont try explain how its played as i will only end up with egg on my face. Have a look at their Website for more information

📢 LET’S LOOK AFTER OUR CLUBHOUSE! 🏉⚽

Our clubhouse is a shared space for everyone at Wetherby Sports Association, including our football, rugby and senior football teams. We want it to be somewhere everyone can enjoy, relax and feel proud of! 💙💛

We’ve recently had some issues with the way the clubhouse is being left, so we’re asking ALL TEAMS AND MEMBERS to please do their bit to keep it clean, tidy and in good condition.

✅ Put rubbish in the bins.
✅ Clean up after yourselves.
✅ Look after the furniture and facilities.
✅ Leave the areas you use clean and tidy.
✅ Respect our staff, members and fellow club users.

Our staff shouldn’t have to spend majority of their time cleaning up after others damage or mess that could easily be avoided isn’t fair on anyone.

Being part of our club means taking pride in it! We all have a responsibility to look after the facilities we’re lucky to have, so please take this message on board and help us keep our clubhouse somewhere we can all be proud of. 👏

Thank you to everyone who already does their bit — your cooperation really does make a difference! 💙💛
