ABDOMINAL SCAR COVER ♥️♥️♥️

Had a wonderful day with Jayne beautifying her abdominal scar. Jayne has a scar hip to hip due to needing breast reconstruction after a double mastectomy, as a result with her battle with breast cancer. 🎀
The tattoo may appear raised, pink and slightly bruised in places. When we tattoo over thick scar tissue, it causes temporary inflammation that settles within a few days.
Jayne is a warrior who has faced much over her life. She is a fountain of strength to those around her and others in need. Her tattoo was an opportunity to focus on her and her journey. To put aside others needs and focus on her own. She deserves to remember her own value and what and inspiration she is to those around her.

Following multiple surgeries due to breast cancer, this lovely lady chose a design that felt powerful, symbolic and deeply personal to her. The result is this stunning artwork that transforms scarring into something empowering and meaningful. ♥️

Today I had the privilege of spending the day with one of the most extraordinary women!

This beautiful lady came to me following breast cancer surgery and reconstruction that sadly had not given her the outcome or support she had hoped for 🥺 After years of feeling unhappy and let down by the result, she made the incredibly brave decision to reclaim her body in a different way — through tattooing 😃

She had actually made the decision a few years ago that this was the path she wanted to take, and I’m so grateful our paths finally crossed 💛

Together we worked to create something that would soften the area, help reshape visually, and most importantly allow her to look in the mirror with more confidence and kindness towards herself 🌸

What makes this woman even more inspiring is the strength she carries every single day. Alongside everything she has already faced, she is also living with secondary brain tumours and has battled bowel cancer during the last 15 years… and yet she still shines with warmth, humour and kindness ✨

Honestly, spending the day with her felt like such a gift. We laughed, shared stories, and created something beautiful together 💛

It’s moments like this that remind me this work is about so much more than tattoos…
It’s about healing, confidence, connection, and helping somebody feel like themselves again 🤗

DOUBLE MASTECTOMY TATTOO 🎀🎀🎀

I was so happy to welcome Jo back into the studio to complete her second session ♥️

It was incredible to see how beautifully her tattoo had healed from the first session — I was honestly so excited to bring everything together and complete the other side, finishing this piece for her ✨

Over this journey, I’ve had the privilege of building such an amazing relationship with Jo and her husband John. They are truly a phenomenal couple, and both Stu and I have loved getting to know them — sharing stories, journeys, and moments along the way 🤗

Jo, you are an incredible woman. Your strength, your personality, and the way you carry yourself is so inspiring. It has been an absolute honour to create this piece for you, and I hope you continue to inspire and uplift everyone around you, just as you have with us 💗

SCAR COVER UP TATTOO ♥️

It was an absolute joy to be able to gift free of charge, this tattoo to this wonderful lady.
Bless her for travelling nearly 2 hours yesterday with her amazing new partner for her tattoo.
Her initial injury was a result of a violent attack by her ex husband, that required 2 surgeries, leaving her with a large scar in her inner forearm.

DV is a topic so very close to my heart, and those that know what this means to this lady, will "know" what it means to her. 🥺

Watching her yesterday with her partner of the last few years, the way he treasured her, loved her, respected her and valued her - honestly- it made my heart hurt I was so happy for her. We all deserve to be seen this way by someone. We all have value, and should find someone who brings out our sunshine on a rainy day.

I'm truly humbled to be a part of her journey forward and to mark this step with her 😃

The tattoo is a little dark due to the numbing, but will soften once healed. In some areas a little pink where the scar tissue is ropey and thick. I'm not concerned as it will settle very soon and I m excited to see the healed results.

Today I’m sharing a very special piece created for a beautiful breast cancer survivor 💗

This tattoo was completed free of charge through The Inkredible Foundation, and it has been such an honour to be part of her journey ✨

Following a mastectomy without reconstruction, she made the incredibly brave decision to reclaim her body through tattooing — turning something that held difficult memories into something she can now look at with pride 💛

She sat absolutely beautifully throughout the process, with such calmness and strength. I am so grateful for the trust she placed in me with something so personal 🫶

Seeing the impact this has had on her has been truly special…
This tattoo has been a life-changing step in her healing journey, helping restore confidence and a sense of self 💗✨

Moments like this are a powerful reminder that this work is about so much more than tattoos…
It’s about healing, empowerment, and moving forward 💛
