It's hot in some parts of the UK! π Even in very hot weather your exclusively breastfed baby doesnβt need additional water, but they will probably want to breastfeed more. It's good to offer. The composition of your breast milk will change in response to the need of your baby - a higher water content in the hot weather and a higher fat content in the colder months.
