What a lovely reunion campfire we just had!! Sharers across the years from those who joined in 2000 to our most recently joined sharer who wasn't even born when the scheme began!! Thank you to all who came or wished they could & for all the memories shared around the fire. And for the love & thanks for the years you've loved & all the support for the next season. We're excited to move into it with you all. Much love to all our sharers & supporters across the years... :-*

The Pony Share Scheme is moving!

Homers Wood Farm has been home to The Pony Share Scheme for over 14 years. The Yard, as we all call it, holds many happy memories for so many and has been the birth place for The Pony Share Scheme, from Vision, growing into the community scheme of today. Over thirteen years since the first sharer joined The Pony Share Scheme, hundreds of young people, their families, team members, volunteers, supporters and of course the horses have all been part of making the Pony Share Scheme way more than just ‘the Yard’.

We're only moving locally, but places, smells & sounds are evocative of memories & seeings as Homers Wood Farm has been home to many special PSS memories, we're having a good old PSS style reunion party with MASSIVE campfire next Saturday 22nd February from 4:30pm-7:30pm.

So if you used to be a sharer (& family) at The PSS & would love the chance to take in the sights & sounds before The PSS moves to memory-making pastures new, say hello to old friends, get a Bex hug & of course snuffle kisses from the most precious noses around, then don your wellies & warm layers! Bring & share finger food or toastable food for the fire & drinks plus a chair for your bum!
PLEASE NOTE
Due to trees coming down in the storms further up the land, there is currently no power, we'll be solely based around the fire, but in the event there is no power next Saturday, please a torch to get to & from your cars!

We'll be sharing an overview of over 13 years of PSS life & news of our next season at the party too, please tell your old PSS friends & their families to make sure as many as possible have the chance to come along.

In the meantime, why not dig out your photos from across the 13+ years & share your favourite memories on The Pony Share Scheme CIC's Wall?
