Both our Gateway House and Westside offices will be closed on Tuesday 9 June for an all-staff event.

🎉Thank you to all of our volunteers! 🎉

On Wednesday, we held our annual Volunteer Dinner to show our appreciation for the people who make our communities stronger.

This included those from our supported living schemes, resident associations, Nifty Fifties, Solo Stars, and our Gateway Membership Team.

Tomorrow – Friday 5 June – from 10am to 12pm, our Financial Inclusion Officers will be at Summer Place, WD18 6NW, to discuss how we can support you with any money worries.

They’ll help you explore what support is available and assist you with any application forms. They can also help assess your eligibility for benefits, food vouchers, utility support and more.

No appointment needed – just drop in.

Today we have become Chime Housing! 🎉

It’s an exciting new chapter – Thrive Homes and Watford Community Housing have officially come together as one organisation: Chime Housing.

What does this mean for our existing residents?

You don’t need to do anything. Your tenancy rights, terms and conditions stay the same. You can continue to contact us in all the usual ways – our phone numbers and email addresses haven’t changed.

Over the next 18–24 months, we’ll gradually bring our services together. You will continue to see our previous branding for a while as we update things in a cost‑effective way.

A few weeks ago we went door-to-door saying hello to lots of our new residents who came over to us from Notting Hill Genesis.

🙋‍♀️We let them know how to contact their housing officer
