This Purple Tuesday, we're reminding customers that help is available if you need extra support accessing our services.

We can also provide information in alternative formats and offer support for customers who may need aids and adaptations in their homes.

Did you know you could receive a cash incentive for downsizing?

If you're in a home that's too big for your needs, then downsizing could be right for you. For example, if you currently live in a three-bedroom property but would like to move to a two- or one- bedroom property then you could qualify for support.

☀ Help us create a "cool space" at Leavesden Green Community Hub! ☀

We’ve applied for funding to install air conditioning at our hub, making it more comfortable during the hot weather and providing a space for local residents who may struggle to keep cool at home.

Your vote could help make it happen through Watford Council's Neighbourhood Grant scheme, a great initiative that allows local organisations to fund projects that will improve the lives of people in our communities.

As we move into Autumn, we have lots of celebrations to look forward to!

If you’re celebrating Diwali, Halloween or Bonfire Night, please make sure to take extra care with candles.

Hate crime is any crime motivated by hostility or prejudice towards a person's disability, race, religion, sexual orientation, transgender identity or another personal characteristic. If you experience or witness hate crime, it's important to report it.

You can do this by contacting the police on 101 (or 999 in an emergency) and let us know too. We're here to support our residents and can work with the police and partner organisations to help.

It's National Customer Service Week (NCSW)!

Taking place every year on the first week of October, NCSW shines a spotlight on the impact customer service has on businesses and communities.

At Chime, we see this week as an opportunity to reflect on the service we provide to our customers every day. While we're proud of the positive difference our colleagues make, we also know there are times when we don't get things right. Listening to feedback, learning from complaints and continually improving our services are just as important as celebrating success.
