We are incredibly grateful to Cllr Sohail Bashir, Chairman of Watford Council, for choosing Rennie Grove Peace as one of his charities of the year, alongside Hayaat Welfare Trust. 💜

As part of his fundraising efforts throughout his year in office, Cllr Bashir recently took on the challenge of climbing Mount Snowdon, supported by friends, colleagues and volunteers from hayaat_welfare_trust.

The challenge raised an amazing £2,000 for Rennie Grove Peace, helping us continue to provide vital care and support to people with life-limiting illnesses and their families across our local communities.

Cllr Bashir recently visited Peace Hospice to present the donation, joined by colleagues and Peter Taylor - Mayor of Watford.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part, donated and supported this fantastic effort. Your generosity will make a real difference to local people when they need us most.

We look forward to working together throughout the year and catching up with you all again soon.
