My Ally Confidential telephone, email & group support for women impacted relationship struggles or domestic a

Our unique support line and email service is run by women volunteers with lived experience of domestic abuse. We are a Watford Women's Centre service funded by the National Lottery Community Fund. We are not domestic abuse specialists and are not here to give specific advice or guidance, but we are here to support you, to listen to you, to empathise and for you to know that you are not alone. Our volunteers are trained in confidentiality, active listening and they all care and want to support you. Whether you know you are in a domestic abuse relationship, have been in the past or suspect you might be and want to talk simply pick up the phone, give us a call or email us to talk through what is on your mind. Always keep yourself safe online and only email us if it is safe to receive a response.
