The Sky Sports accessibility initiative across Premier League matches, also includes the rollout of live subtitles.
Sky Sports’ coverage of Premier League matches is about to get better for blind and partially sighted fans, with the addition of live audio description to 109 games each season. ⚽
From Saturday 10 October, viewers will be able to follow the movement of play, atmosphere and action on and off the pitch, enjoying matches alongside friends and family.
And we’ve been heavily involved in the development of the Premier League descriptive commentary, giving feedback live match tests to make sure it meets the expectations of blind and partially sighted supporters.
Matches with live audio description start with:
Saturday 10 October Manchester United vs Spurs
Sunday 11 October – Liverpool vs Manchester City
Monday 12 October – Coventry vs Newcastle

You can access the AD across Sky+, Sky Q, Sky Glass, Sky Stream, NOW, and Virgin Media. It can be enabled through voice control, Accessibility Settings or the on-screen options menu through voice control.
