You can also take a look at these organisations to get involved, look for a rewarding way to ‘give back’, fundraise or help others: Hertford Museum, CHIPS, Hertfordshire Mind Network, Mudlarks Community Garden, BEAM Hertford, Hertfordshire Health Walks and the Friends of Hertford Castle - to name but a few, of the many amazing organisations working across the town.
Please feel free to add your Hertford group or charity to the comments below; the Council is working with local organisations to support volunteering – further to our roundtable meeting in March. Plus, the Council hosts the Hertford Energy Hub and loans out litter picking equipment, if you would like to volunteer to help look after our environment. 🌿
