Sign and Share Club was set up in 2013 to relieve the needs of deaf people and encourage the use of British Sign Language.

We work with deaf people to run community events, BSL and deaf awareness courses, and assist people with their hearing aids. Sign and Share Club was registered on the Charity Commission register of charities on 26th February 2018. It is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, register number 1177316.

On Friday we have Susan coming from Hearing dogs along with her dog Riley.
We will be doing a collection for Hearing Dogs to support them with training new Hearing Dogs.
We will also be making Christmas Cards after the talk.

Today we had our second children's club at Foundry House on a very wet day. Next month we will be going to Phoenix bowl where children have the option of going bowling or playing in the soft play area. Please check out our events page for more details and to book a space.

Here are some of the BSL led shows in the Carmarthenshire theatres.

There is a pre-show talk at the Theatre tomorrow at 6.30pm before the show starts.
I have 3 tickets left if anyone still wants to watch the Hound of Baskervilles at the Torch Theatre.
The show will be BSL interpreted.

The torch has recently moved over to ListenWIFI as their assistive listening tech
They do have four hearing loops available, but anyone wanting to use the system will need to download the ListenWIFI app onto their smartphone and either bring their own headphones or connect to a compatible hearing aid.
