Are you happy to have a housing estate of 125 houses on your doorstep with ONE sewage outlet? There will be an extra 4000 litres per day to deal with. How many more hours of overflow will end up polluting our seas and rivers? Please help stop this situation happening. Were you aware that three storey houses were planned? Are you worried about climate change and flooding? Are you fed up with Summer congestion and dangerous roads? Are you concerned about the needless destruction of trees, wildlife and green space? Are you prepared for years of road delays with traffic lights coming in and out of Tenby? Do you remember the severe delays when the council built a mini roundabout at the bottom of Upper Hill Park?! £4.2million has already been spent on this poorly planned development. Let’s make sure no more money is wasted!

Noise pollution
Air Pollution
Light pollution
Wildlife habitat gone forever
Over population of a small seaside town
Parking in the local area
Strain on local doctors and GPs
Lack of dentistry’s in the local area

IS OUR NATIONAL PARK PLANNING DEPARTMENT FAIR ?

We have been looking at planning applications and there seems to be anomalies between similar planning applications , some approved and others not . Example
BRYN HIR - Major Developer outline APPROVED
1) Build on Green Belt
2) Build on grade 3 agricultural land
3) Causing visual intrusion
4) 3 storey flats

BRYN HIR - loft conversion . REJECTED -reason
A dwelling of excessive height and mass would have a detrimental impact on the character, appearance and amenity of the area. This would detract from the appearance and the visual amenities of the land locality and does not conform to the acceptable standards of design in the National Park, the development would be contrary to the joint unitary development plan.

If the National Park refused a loft conversion , should they have approved the outline planning for a major development?.
