Thank you to all involved. This is what it was all for 🥰🥰

Thanks to a generous grant from Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire Sands, a Sands - baby loss charity volunteer-led Group, a bespoke pull-down bed has been installed in the bereavement room on the Labour Ward at Hospital 💚

This new addition will allow parents to stay close and comfort one another during an incredibly difficult time, creating a more family-orientated and private space.

Alison Jones, Clinical and Operational Lead Midwife, said: “It will have a profound impact, and we’re incredibly grateful to Sands for making it possible.”
