ACCA Leadership Team Meeting ✅

They say serious work gets done in serious meetings… clearly nobody told us! 😂

A great catch-up with the ACCA leadership team this evening. Plenty of laughs, plenty of ideas, and somehow we still managed to get some actual work done in between the chaos.

It’s always good to come together, reflect on what we’re doing, and keep pushing forward with our plans to support young people, families, schools and the wider community.

Strong team, big ideas, and even bigger laughs.

Today our Founder Jim and Executive Director, Parminder, attended the Telford & Wrekin Virtual School Annual Conference.

It was a really positive and worthwhile event, with excellent speakers who shared powerful insight, knowledge and experience around supporting children and young people, particularly those who may need additional understanding, encouragement and stability.

It was important for us to attend because our work is built around using sport, mentoring and positive relationships to support young people’s confidence, wellbeing, behaviour and sense of belonging. Events like this help us better understand the challenges schools, teachers and governors are facing, while also giving us the opportunity to show how we can work alongside education settings to provide meaningful support.

It was also a great opportunity to make valuable contacts, build relationships and continue putting our name out there to the right people.

Plenty of positives to take away and lots of exciting conversations moving forward.

Today, the ACCA Senior Leadership Team came together to discuss our strategic plans for the future.

It was a positive and productive meeting, focused on how we can continue to grow, develop, and strengthen the work we do within our communities, schools, and wider partnerships.

We are excited about the future of Allsports Coaches Coaching Academy CIC and remain committed to creating opportunities, supporting young people, and making a positive difference through sport, mentoring, and community engagement.
