ALLSPORTS COACHES COACHING ACADEMY CIC is a Community Interest Company committed to the Armed Forces Covenant and a member of Social Enterprise UK. Primarily focused on working with Veterans and their Families, our holistic programmes can be adapted for Key Workers, Retired Sports Professionals and others including NEET’s who are considering a career change. The CIC has been set up after a number of people with a passion for sport shared concerns about the sustainable supply of coaches and the difficulties of working in challenging environments suffering budget constraints.

New £12m specialist education building opens in Telford

The development allows students previously based at Queensway South in Dawley to relocate to Hortonwood, freeing up the Dawley site for use by one of the Learning Community Trust’s other specialist schools, Kickstart Academy.

Numbers only mean something when you can see what's behind them.

Over 1,000 young people supported. More than 50 veterans trained as coaching practitioners. Over 20 partner schools across the West Midlands and Shropshire working with us directly.

Each of those figures is a coach standing on a school field this week, running a MIND-YOUR-HEAD session or a club night, backed by an Armed Forces Covenant Gold Award and CIMSPA accreditation.

If you're a council officer, club chair or school lead weighing up a coaching partner, that's the track record we bring to the table.

World Mental Health Day is on 10 October, and we will be marking it the way we work every week.

Through our MIND-YOUR-HEAD Programme, coaches trained through our veteran pathway sit alongside pupils in sports sessions, not just to run drills but to notice when a young person needs someone to talk to. Discipline on the pitch and support off it come from the same person.

Partner with ACCA for school mentorship and coaching this term.
