NOTICE & AGENDA OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
THURSDAY 29TH JANUARY 2026 AT 6.00PM

Notice is hereby given by the Committee of the above named Association has determined that the AGM will take place on Thursday 29th January 2026 at 6.00pm.

The business to be transacted is as follows:-

1. Welcome & introductions
2. Apologies
3. Chair’s report
4. Financial report
5. Secretary’s report
6. Resignation of Officers/Trustees
7. Election of the Officers/Trustees – nominations to be made to the Secretary by 12 noon 24 hours prior to the meeting
7.1. Chair

7.3. Secretary
7.4. Treasurer
8. Establishment of Working Parties
8.1. Working Party
8.2. Membership Working Party
8.3. Additional suggestion
9. Members Proposed Resolutions - Details will be given once proposed resolutions are received. Proposed resolutions should be sent to the Secretary by noon 7 days prior to the date of the meeting. A revised agenda will be issued prior to the meeting.

You should have seen the banners and signs popping up around Priorslee. I’ve just been out and added a few around our new developments and by the Clock. We are putting on place the final plans ready for another amazing Christmas 🎄 Fayre.
