🌸 Our Fundraising Afternoon Tea – This Saturday! 🌸

Our big fundraising day is almost here, and we’d love for you to join us this Saturday, 15th August, at Arleston Community Centre, 12:30–4:30pm 💕

Haven’t booked a sit-down afternoon tea or takeaway box? Don’t worry! 😊 You’re not missing out! The same freshly prepared sandwiches, homemade scones with lovely jam & clotted cream, and a selection of yummy cakes will be available to buy from our stall — individually or as an afternoon tea deal. 🥪🧁☕

✨ Another wonderful afternoon at Randlay Community Centre! 🧘‍♀️

A huge thank you to Cheryl for leading such a relaxing and enjoyable yoga session today, organised by Empowering Women to Health. It was a lovely opportunity to stretch, unwind, and spend time together in great company.

🌿 Why not come and join us at Randlay Community Centre at 2pm every Wednesday? We welcome women of all abilities, whether you’re new to exercise or already active.

As well as yoga, we also enjoy Tai Chi sessions, which are fantastic for improving balance, flexibility, strength, and overall wellbeing.

We’d love to see some new faces! 💚

Only a couple of weeks to go until our Breast Cancer Now Fundraising Afternoon Tea on Saturday, 15th August, at Arleston Community Centre.

✨ There are still a few places available for our sit-down afternoon tea, and we also have a limited number of takeaway afternoon tea boxes available.

Join us for a relaxing afternoon of delicious homemade treats, tea, coffee, and great company, while supporting an incredible cause. Every booking helps us raise vital funds for Breast Cancer Now. 💗

✨ Look what our lovely ladies got up to today at Randlay Community Centre! ✨

We decided to take a little break from our usual sessions and try something different… 💕📿 Bracelet making!

It was a fun afternoon, with lots of creativity, laughter, and beautiful bracelets made.

We’re back to our regular routine on Thursday with Yoga with Debbie at Arleston Community Centre, starting at 10:45am, followed by refreshments and a friendly chat afterwards.

Another exciting Tai Chi session with Angie, who expertly guided us through the movements and showed us how to perform each one accurately. It was a fun, engaging, and thoroughly enjoyable session. Thank you, Angie, for another fantastic class—we’re already looking forward to the next one! 🥋
