CultureKind Chinese Community – Statement
CultureKind Chinese Community (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) was established on 14 April 2023 under the legal structure of an Unincorporated Association and is democratically managed by its Committee in accordance with its constitution. The Association’s funds are administered according to its financial regulations, and all expenses must be declared in advance and approved by the Committee before being used for community welfare.
On 23 March 2026, the Association’s Chair, Grace, independently registered a company named CultureKind Chinese Community CIC (hereinafter referred to as “CIC”).
To avoid public confusion, we hereby state:
• The Association and CIC are two independent entities;
• The Association does not bear any responsibility for CIC’s operations or actions;
• CIC conducts its activities independently and does not represent the Association’s position;
• The existing CultureKind website and page are owned and managed by the Association, while CIC will maintain its own media channels;
• The Association’s funds will continue to be used for community welfare in accordance with its constitution.

CultureKind Chinese Community （以下简称协会）成立于2023年4月14日，按照非公司协会（Unincorporated Association）的法律形式设立，并依据章程由委员会民主管理的慈善机构。协会资金依照财务制度执行，所有费用须事先申报并经委员会批准后用于社团福利。
2026 年 3 月 23 日，协会主席 Grace 另外注册成立了名为 CultureKind Chinese Community CIC（以下简称“CIC”）的社区利益公司。
为避免公众混淆，特此声明如下：
• 协会与 CIC 为两个独立机构；
• 协会不对 CIC 的运作及行为承担任何责任；
• CIC 的活动由其独立开展，不代表协会立场；
• 现有 CultureKind 网站及 Facebook 的所有权和使用权属于协会，CIC 将拥有独立的媒体渠道；
• 协会基金将继续依章程用于社团福利。
