We hold an activity cafe on a Friday at Bishopton Community Centre, run free information courses for people caring for those with Dementia and cognitive impairment and have a library of memory boxes that can be loaned out for use in care settings and more

We have the lovely Gaydon Motor Museum coming today please come along to our cafe usual time 2 till 4pm Bishopton Community Centre CIO
We have lots of lovely autumn feel cakes and treats along with the usual hot drinks available!

A busy session today thank you to Caroline from Healthwatch Warwickshire for attending today and talking with our participants and to Pat from AbilityNet allowing people to go through tech questions!

Also a special thanks to Ann our participant and her line dance crew called The Inspirations for providing entertainment today! Lots of joy spread!

We have line dancing led by one of our lovely participants, Caroline from Health Watch Warwickshire and Pat from Ability Net to support with all things digital.

A kind reminder

Dementia does not always move in a straight line. Some symptoms come and go. Some days feel clearer, while others feel completely unfamiliar. The heaviness is not just the memory loss; it is living with the uncertainty of what each day may bring.

Please know you are not alone. Your awareness, patience, and love are already helping him feel safer in a world that may sometimes feel confusing to him. Take it one day, one moment, one breath at a time.
