This week there was sun and not a threat of rain! Two more camera shy participants off camera.

It would be great to welcome new members to our "last parkrun of the month" group.

Great that we avoided the rain and the river didn't flood. We did it! Thank you Stratford upon Avon parkrun and all the volunteers.

We were at the Crowne Plaza in Stratford yesterday, joining with parkrun and junior parkrun at the Town Trust's Feel Good Fest. Despite the awful weather outside we were able to tell many Stratfordians about what we do and met a number of other support groups and providers.

A World Cancer Day convergence hosted by Leamington 5K Your Way, Move Against Cancer . Nice to see 5kYWers from across the Midlands: Coventry, Stratford upon Avon, Cannon Hill, Birmingham and Josie from HQ!

Also nice to see clinicians joining in to support us.

No royalty here, but lots of rain and mud so we'll let them off...
