Family Action Stroud Children and Family Centres and Youth Support Team Our Stroud Children and Family Centres offer direct, practical help to individuals and families.

Our Children and Family Centres work with parents / carers and children aged 0 – 11 inclusive. We deliver family support in the family home as well as sessions at the children’s centres such as Stay, Play and Learn, parenting courses etc. Our Youth Support Team works with those aged 10-25* to ‘Live Well’, the YST work alongside local youth and community organisations to build on what’s available,

offering somewhere to go and activities to do – as well as another someone to talk to when a listening ear is what’s needed. Youth-led, we work with those that visit us to make sure we’re offering what matters (based on their needs and interests) to help make a positive impact. (*inclusive for all children and young people aged 10-19, and up to 25 years for Looked After Child (LAC) care leavers and those with Special Education Need and Disabilities (SEND).)

☕ Community Café – Drop In & Join Us 🍰

Open to all parents of children aged 0–18 (up to 25 for young people with SEND), our Community Café offers a warm and friendly space to relax, connect with other parents, and enjoy a hot drink and light snack.

Our staff team will be on hand to help you access helpful resources and support, including information on local services, parenting tips, and play ideas.

Each week there is also the opportunity to take part in a mindful creative activity if you’d like, such as simple coiled basket making.

✨ No need to book – just drop in
✨ All sessions are FREE
