Ready to help your little ones swap the school-week buzz for some weekend calm?

This 90-minute workshop is a playful and relaxing escape for children in P1–P7, designed to help them move, breathe, create, and unwind.

✨ What’s waiting on the mat? 🧘 Imaginative themed yoga adventures 🎲 Mindful games and storytelling 🎨 Hands-on crafts to spark creativity 🌬️ Simple breathing techniques to calm busy minds

There’s absolutely no pressure to “get it right” - just a warm, welcoming space where children can have fun, build confidence, and develop valuable emotional regulation tools they can use every day.

🎬 Community Film Screening: Everyone to Kenmure Street

As part of our Community Wellbeing Project Celebration, and in response to the planned procession taking place in Stonehaven on 27th June, we're creating a space to come together, learn from one another, and celebrate the power of collective action.

Everyone to Kenmure Street tells the story of ordinary people standing together in solidarity to defend their neighbours and challenge injustice. It is a powerful reminder that communities are strongest when we look out for one another, organise together, and refuse to be divided.

Join us for an evening of film, conversation, and reflection on what solidarity can look like in Stonehaven, and the role each of us can play in building a more welcoming, inclusive, and compassionate community.

Expect a playful, uplifting session blending spontaneous laughter, deep breathing, and gentle mindfulness. No jokes needed - just a willingness to let go and have fun. Through childlike play, silly laughter exercises, and moments of calm, you’ll naturally tap into real laughter and feel the shift.

Guided by Cindy this session is designed to reduce stress, boost your mood, and leave you feeling energised, relaxed, and refreshed. It’s also a beautiful way to connect with others and rediscover a sense of lightness.
