Today is the start of Mental Health Awareness Week. We’re shouting loudly that great mental health care isn't just clinical, it's human. It’s the kind voice at the end of the phone when you’re worried about rent and too unwell to work. It’s the adviser who listens actively, rather than waiting for their turn to speak. And it's you reminding friends and loved ones that these contact details can save lives. Please share 💙

Just a reminder that the SPARC Social is on tomorrow at Stockport Advocacy.
At this weeks session, in addition to the usual chats and brews, our very own 'Rob' is going to be facilitating an art/crafts activity. We're looking forward to seeing you there.

To all SPARC Members;

Our SPARC Social sessions will be returning from Thursday 30th April.
Based on the fantastic feedback from our members we are pleased to announce that our social sessions will again be held at Stockport Advocacy every Thursday 1pm until 3pm until the end of June at the earliest.
Please join us for brews, biscuits, beautiful conversations and much more. We look forward to seeing you there.

We would also like to thank all our friends and supporters for their continued support.
