Nottingham West Social Prescribing is pleased to invite you to “On Your Doorstep: Life Skills in the Community” – a dedicated Carers Event.
📅 Wednesday 10th June

This free event is open to all carers and offers a valuable opportunity to connect with local services and gain practical advice to support you throughout your caring journey.

Another great session at the SMC yesterday afternoon 💙
We're settling into our new venue well ☕🍰
Welcoming new members, introducing our Memory book, and consulting with all members about our upcoming activities.
Alongside our usual fun activities 🙂

After two and a half years based at The Equalized Club we have moved to,The Carnegie Civic & Community Centre, Warren Avenue, Stapleford.

I'd like to thank The Equalized Club who have supported us during this time.

We held our first meeting at our new venue on the 13th May when we recognised Dementia Week. Lynette, one of our local Social Prescribers introduced herself and briefly explained her role within the Community. We continued by reminiscing and played a game of Hangman ( a blast from the past!) and finished singing some Feelgood songs. Everyone was given a small gift as we start a new chapter at our new venues
