Return to Yourself, Tuesday 27th October at Tantobie Community Centre 6.30-8.30pm

Return to Yourself, takes you on a deep journey within to remember who you are. Being present with your breath and connected with your inner light. Creating stillness in your physical body to help you to access your higherself and unique energy frequency.

Connect and rebalance yourself through a source- aligned meditation for remembrance and self empowerment.

Learn to pause and connect with your own inner healer. Align your energy centres with the beautiful frequency of crystal singing bowls, bringing calm to your physical body.

Refreshments are provided and community time to have conversations with like minded people.

We share a healing session, connecting to our own pillar of light and source.

Energy Exchange is £10 per person.

Looking forward to seeing you there, drop me a message or comment book you place.
💜🙏💜

Bring a mat, blanket and cushion for your own comfort.
