🚶‍♂️ Men’s Walking Group 🌊☕️

A space for men to come together, get some fresh sea air, explore the seafront, and have a chat about health, wellbeing and making positive lifestyle changes.

No pressure, no judgement — just good company, healthy conversations and a chance to look after ourselves.

And after the walk… a well-earned cup of tea at the allotment! ☕️🌱
