This is the spot on our history trail which is getting the fewest hits. Probably because it is up a little bank. Most people nowadays know the occasional pool we get in heavy rain but do you know its history and how it was used in the past. In the hot days wouldn't it be nice to have it back, although we are more likely to be able to spot the herringbone bricks at the bottom with this drought. I'll save you the run up the bank...
