🌊✨ SeaVenturers Smethwick are BACK! ✨🌊

After half term, we’re diving straight into some exciting hands-on activities! 🚀

This week, our young adventurers will be experimenting with drag and friction 🔍, discovering how things move and why. We are also learning how to care for our planet, when we are outdoors 🌍💚

👫 We still have a few spaces available for children aged 9–11 years, so if your young person loves exploring, learning new skills, and having fun with friends, come join us!

This evening, our friends from SeaVenturers Cradley Heath joined us for STEM and Wellbeing activities and some photos! 📸⚓

It was great for two of our groups to meet up, spend time together, and take part in the SeaVenturers fun. A fantastic evening enjoyed by everyone — we look forward to meeting up again soon!

Tonight our SeaVenturers are recognising strengths in others, learning how to spot and celebrate what makes each person unique 💙
We are following this up with an active session, building teamwork, confidence, and energy all round! A great mix of reflection and fun 👏⚓

This Monday at SeaVenturers Smethwick we can’t wait to be back after the Easter break and to see our fantastic volunteers and SeaVenturers! 🙌💙

We’ll be learning how a compass works 🧭 and taking on an exciting navigation challenge, alongside a hands‑on STEM experiment to help us understand waves 🌊🔬

During the session, SeaVenturers will build important skills including:
🧠 Problem‑solving & critical thinking
🤝 Teamwork & communication
🧭 Navigation & map‑reading skills
🔬 Scientific enquiry & curiosity
✅ Confidence and resilience

It’s going to be a fun, practical, and skill‑building session! 🚀💪
