Looking for a friendly and supportive space to connect with others living with Multiple Sclerosis?

Join our Gentle Exercise & Wellbeing Group, running every two weeks on Fridays from 11am to 1pm, alternating between online sessions and face-to-face meetings at the Independent Living Centre, Malthouse Gardens, Oldbury.

💙 Gentle chair-based exercises
💙 Peer support and informal chat
💙 Guest speakers and wellbeing activities
💙 Meet new people and share experiences in a welcoming environment
