Al- Badi’ | The One Who Creates the Unexpected

There are moments in life when you cannot see a way forward.
The door seems closed.
The answer seems distant.
The future feels uncertain.
But that is exactly when you need to remember Al-Badi’.

We often limit our hope to the possibilities we can imagine. But Allah is not limited by our imagination. He can create opportunities you never expected, solutions you never considered, and beginnings you never thought possible.

Your current chapter is not your final chapter.

The One who created the heavens and the earth from nothing can create ease from hardship, guidance from confusion, and hope from despair.
If this reminder touched your heart, save it for a difficult day and share it with someone who may need a reminder that Allah can create a way where they see none.

Comfort can hide pride, weak faith, bad habits, ego, and the parts of us we never confront while life feels easy.

But hardship exposes everything.

Pressure reveals who you really are when there’s nothing left to perform for. It shows what you truly trust in and what controls you when life gets uncomfortable.

And sometimes the real trial isn’t in not getting what you prayed for… it’s finally receiving exactly what you once begged for.

Because success can test people just as much as struggle does.
Some people stay humble in hardship but lose themselves in comfort.

Not every closed door is punishment, and not every open door is favour.

This week in Swipe Through the Surahs, we reflect on Surah Hud — a chapter about resilience, patience, and holding onto faith when life feels overwhelming.

This Surah reminds us that staying connected to Allah isn’t always easy, especially during moments of exhaustion, uncertainty, or emotional struggle. Through the stories of the prophets, Surah Hud teaches us that hardship is not a sign of abandonment — it can be a path to strength, growth, and deeper trust in Allah.
If you’ve been feeling spiritually tired or carrying silent struggles, this Surah is a reminder to keep going. Allah sees every effort, every prayer, and every moment you continue despite the difficulty.

Swipe through, reflect deeply, save this for later, and share it with someone who may need this reminder today.

Al- Awwal | The Beginning of Everything
There is something deeply calming about knowing Allah was there before everything that now overwhelms you.
Before your heartbreak.
Before your confusion.
Before the fear, the waiting, the unanswered duʿāʾs — there was Al-Awwal.

The One who existed before all things and the One whose knowledge has always encompassed your life completely. Nothing unfolding right now is unexpected to Him. Nothing in your story has ever been random.

We spend so much time worrying about the future, forgetting that Allah was already there before the future even existed.

Al-Awwal reminds the heart to trust again. To breathe again. To stop carrying life as though it is unfolding without wisdom.
Maybe peace is not found in understanding every detail.
Maybe peace is found in trusting the One who came before every beginning.

Save this for the days your heart feels overwhelmed.

Some of you are trying so hard to be “strong” that you’ve forgotten how to be gentle.
And some of you are so gentle that you stay silent when truth needs a voice.
That’s why this deen gave us both Sayyiduna Abu Bakr رضي الله عنه and Sayyiduna Umar رضي الله عنه.

One softened hearts with mercy.
The other shook the world with courage.
And both were among the greatest people to ever walk this earth.

There’s a time to forgive quietly like Abu Bakr.
A time to stand firm like Umar.
A time to overlook people’s faults.
And a time to refuse to let wrong become normal.

Real maturity is knowing the difference. Real wisdom is knowing when to carry the heart of Abu Bakr and when to carry the strength of Umar.

Sometimes the people around you need compassion.
Sometimes they need honesty.
Sometimes you need patience.
Sometimes you need boundaries.

Everyone talks about “being real,” but true character is balancing softness with strength, mercy with boundaries, and humility with courage.

Surah Yunus
This week in Swipe Through the Surahs, we reflect on one of the most emotionally powerful chapters in the Qur’an: Surah Yunus.

This is the Surah for anyone who feels overwhelmed, lost, exhausted, or stuck waiting for things to change. It reminds us that Allah’s timing is never late, His mercy never runs out, and no darkness lasts forever.

The story of Prophet Yunus (AS) teaches us that even in the deepest moments of regret and isolation, a sincere return to Allah can change everything.
If you’ve been struggling silently, this Surah is your reminder: Allah has not forgotten you.

Swipe through, reflect deeply, save this for later, and share it with someone who might need hope today.
Let’s keep reconnecting with the Qur’an — one Surah at a time.

Al- Warith | Nothing Was Ever Truly Yours

We hold on to things as if they were meant to stay forever — people, moments, status, even versions of ourselves. But Allah reminds us through His name Al-Warith that everything in this world eventually returns to Him.

Nothing here is permanent. Not success. Not pain. Not even the things we think define us. Everything passes through our hands, but never truly belongs to us.
And in that truth, there is both sadness and peace. Because when you stop expecting permanence from what was always temporary, your heart begins to soften. You stop breaking over every change. You start trusting the One who never changes.

Al-Warith is the One who remains after everything else fades — and when you truly understand that, you realise you were never alone in the first place.
Save this for when life feels uncertain.

There are people in this world who do things purely for the sake of Allah—quietly, sincerely, without needing to be seen. Their actions come from a place of love, not from a desire for recognition, reward, or validation. And then there are those who do good, but their hearts are tied to what comes back to them—the praise, the attention, the response.

Both may look the same on the outside, but they are completely different in the sight of Allah. One is driven by love, the other by expectation.
In a world that constantly pushes you to be seen, to be praised, to be acknowledged—it’s not easy to stay sincere. But that sincerity is what makes your actions heavy in value, even if they are small and unseen.

So check your intention. Do it for Him. Do it out of love for Allah, not for what you might get in return.

We’re continuing Swipe Through the Surahs with one of the most powerful chapters in the Qur’an: Surah At-Tawbah.

This is the Surah that doesn’t hold back. It challenges, it confronts, and it calls you to be honest with yourself. But at its core, it carries one of the most beautiful messages: no matter how far you feel, you can always return to Allah.
It reminds us that faith isn’t about perfection — it’s about sincerity. It’s about choosing to come back, again and again.

If you’ve been feeling disconnected, distracted, or distant… this Surah is your reminder.
Swipe through. Reflect deeply. Save this for later. Share it with someone who needs it.
