Last week's recipe was aimed at using things in the fridge and also ingredients donated to us FareShare Yorkshire and Asda - because sometimes you just have to use up what you've got!
So we whipped up hasselback potatoes with yummy tuna crunch and a green salad.
The hasselback potatoes really tested our knife skills and patience as we had to thinly slice them but not all the way through - they were so worth it though!
This was followed with James’ mum's recipe for bread pudding, complete with tea bag!!!! We hope everyone enjoyed sharing it with their families and friends either hot or cold with a cup of tea ☕☺️
