Our friends at West Riding Woodturners are holding a FREE hands-on woodturning experience day, where you can learn from experienced tutors and even have a go yourself.

Saturday 22nd August
10:00am – 3:00pm
Damart 1871 Café, Bradley Street Entrance, Bingley

No experience is needed, all equipment is provided, and everyone is welcome (under 16s must be accompanied by an adult).

Whether you're curious about a new hobby or already love working with wood, why not pop along and see what it's all about? You might discover a new passion!

Progress in every plank!
​Our amazing volunteers have been hard at work, and Phase 1 is nearly complete!
​Phase 2 will be starting soon thanks to a grant from Shipley Community Chest, which will cover the installation of insulation and porthole windows to make the space cozy and bright.
​A huge thank you to our incredible volunteers and sponsors—Baildon Mechanics Institute and Shipley Community Wellbeing. We couldn't do it without you!
