UCAN Volunteer Centre We strengthen our community by promoting and supporting volunteering in Uttlesford.

In achieving our purpose and delivering our services we aim to work in partnership with our district council and other organisations, community groups, charities and local businesses that share our aims and values.

Volunteers needed to support this event, can you spare a few hours🙏
Tasks to include:
Help to set up the dog show arena.
Support the stall holders to set up dog related stalls.
Supervise the smooth running of the dog show (owners, dogs, judges, public and some stallholders)
Signpost the public to other activities on the common inc. first aid ambulance, lost children tent and dog water station.
Consult with library staff and town council staff all day.
Help to dismantle dog related equipment and stalls.

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable volunteer to support our 'Fellaship' group at the Jubilee Hub in Saffron Walden.

The group meets every Wednesday from 2–4pm and offers a relaxed space for men to socialise, play classic board games, and enjoy tea, coffee, and biscuits together.☕

It’s a well-loved and growing group, and we’d really value an extra pair of hands to help keep things running smoothly and ensure everyone feels welcome. 🙏
