Royal British Legion - Saffron Walden Branch The Royal British Legion Saffron Walden branch meets on the third Tuesday of every month at the King All veterans are welcome.

Membership is open to everyone and new members are always welcome to the monthly meetings. Every second Saturday of the month we hold a Veterans Breakfast Club at the Temeraire on the High Street in Saffron Walden. We have a website specifically dedicated to the Breakfast Club. The Royal British Legion (RBL) is one of the UK's largest membership organisations and recognised as custodians of Remembrance, aswell as running the annual Poppy Appeal. The RBL help serving and ex-Service personnel and their families, not just those who fought in the two World Wars, but also those involved in the many conflicts since 1945 and those still fighting today.
