You can find us in the Market Square in Saffron Walden from 10am-3pm. It’s a great opportunity to find out more about what’s on offer locally!

🚐 Saffron Walden Neighbourhood Roadshow — Monday 1 June!
The Saffron Walden Neighbourhood Roadshow is back — packed with activities, advice, demonstrations and giveaways, plus facepainting for the kids.
📍 Market Place, Saffron Walden
🕙 Monday 1 June, 10am–3pm
With many local schools closed for a non‑pupil day, it’s a perfect chance for families to pop into town, pick up useful information and enjoy some fun activities.
You’ll find:
Information stalls from local services including Housing, Benefits, Communities and Recycling
Fire engine & fire tractor on display
Chip pan fire demonstration from Essex County Fire & Rescue
Active Essex exercise class at 12pm
Facepainting for children
Town Council stall offering a free hot lunch voucher (redeemable at Jubilee Hub, 3–15 June, Mondays & Wednesdays) when you answer a few quick questions about local services
The event is run in partnership with Uttlesford District Council, Saffron Walden Town Council and Essex County Fire & Rescue Service — bringing local support, advice and community organisations together in one place.
Everyone is welcome. Drop in any time between 10am and 3pm.
