❤️Help shape the next stage of 'Our Health Together'

NHS Lanarkshire is inviting people across Lanarkshire to complete a short survey on their refreshed 'Our Health Together' - its long-term strategy for improving health and care.

Their long-term vision remains the same, but the strategy has been updated to reflect progress, current challenges and changing priorities.

They'd like to know from you:

✅ Is anything important unclear or missing?
✅ What should NHS Lanarkshire pay most attention to as the strategy is put into practice?

Please read the refreshed strategy and supporting information - and complete the short survey by THIS SUNDAY 6 SEPTEMBER.
